Here are some quick answer to questions asked most often by our clients.
What is the minimum rental period?
All inflatables are rented for a minimum of three (3) hours.
How long can inflatables and/or concession be used when paying daily rate?
Inflatable(s) and/or concession(s) will be made available for six to ten hours.
What is the charge for the daily rate?
Six hours at the hourly rate; eg. an inflatable costing $250 per hour will have a daily rate of $250 x 6 hours = $1500.
Does the cost of rental include an attendant(s)?
Yes.
Does the cost displayed include transportation?
Our rates do not include transportation fees.
Do you supply water for your inflatables?
The client is responsible for providing water when required.
What else is needed after an inflatable and/or concession is booked?
Adequate space and/or a reliable power supply; ie. a functional generator.
Are you insured?
Yes.
What are your terms of payment?
To secure your booking a 50% down payment is required to be made within fourteen days of the event; with the balance falling due two business days before the event.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation for ANY reason must be made no later than twenty-four hours, prior to the start of the event, to ensure reimbursement of payments made. However, kindly be advised that reimbursement is subject to a 5% non-refundable booking fee.
